Mark Magarity, Head Women's Volleyball coach at Philadelphia
University and a member of the Outsiders VBC staff, was named Bucky Harris Coach
of the Year.The award was named for the University's former Director of
Athletics. It was the second consecutive season that Magarity has earned the
award as he guided his 2005 Lady Rams' squad to a school-record 30-5 overall
record.This included a 21-1 mark in the Central Atlantic Collegiat Conference
(CACC) to win the regular-season championship. The Lady Rams' also made its
first ever postseason appearance, claiming the 2005 ECAC Division II
title.
